Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your swimwear.
To be eligible for a return, your swimwear must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Intact hygiene sticker: The hygiene sticker must remain untouched and in its original placement. Any removal or tampering will void your eligibility for return.
- Sale items are final sale: Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, with no exceptions.
If a returned item does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to the delivery address provided in your order.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, the original must first be returned following our return policy. Once your return is accepted, you will need to place a new order for the desired item.

Creating a Return
To initiate a return, please use the form on our website or email us at info@sao-swim.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll promptly send you the return address.
Important: Be sure to print and include your invoice inside the return parcel — this helps us process your refund quickly and accurately.
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can also handwrite a note including your full name, order number, and reason for return, and place it inside the parcel.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
We recommend using tracked postage and keeping your proof of shipment.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
